Q1. I've purchased a subscription, but it doesn't work?
Try restoring purchases from Settings. If the issue persists, contact info@tsubamemagic.com.
Q2. Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes. All purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so you can use the app on any device signed in with the same account.
Q3. Where are my exported photos saved?
Exported photos are saved directly to your Camera Roll (Photos app).
Q4. How do I pay for my subscription?
Payment is processed through the App Store using the payment method linked to your Apple ID.
Q5. Do you only have a subscription plan?
We offer three options: Monthly ($0.99/month), Annual ($8.99/year), and a Lifetime purchase ($14.99) for one-time payment.
Q6. Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. The monthly plan includes a 1-month free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Q7. Do you have a desktop version?
Tsubame Magic Film is currently available on iOS only. Stay tuned for future platform updates.
Q8. How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions, then select Tsubame Magic Film to cancel.
Q9. Is my photo data sent to any server?
No. All image processing happens entirely on your device. We never upload, store, or access your photos.
Q10. What iOS version is required?
Tsubame Magic Film requires iOS 17.6 or later.
